This attempt was carried out in a more intuitive than rational way, much more feeling and reacting to our own nature that analyzing or justifying our actions with history or references. This is how we present this property to our clients and this is how we discovered the numerous complexes that we have for recognizing us as Peruvians. In our environment, it is far more difficult to try to provide Peruvian architecture than foreign architecture, complicating the attempt when commisions often arrive with certain orders oblivious to what should be in a appropriate context styles. Veronica home was a great opportunity to discover this search of our architecture in a context that is greater associated with the international style. The intervention was observed as the content meeting between the artificial and the natural. The pool of virtually 40 meters lengthy and a staircase of a number of levels are the architectural landscape components that permitted integration with the spot often searching for a balance among the natural (rock web site) and artificial represented by the identical architectural components.</em></p><br/><p><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi__________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi___________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi____________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_____________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi______________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_______________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /></p><br/><p><em>The social area is at the terrace swimming pool level on a raised platform, carved into the hill, it has a glass enclosure that based on a rail method permitting all partitions come with each other on the north side of the home generating integrated spaces living room, kitchen with terrace and pool. Intimate regions are accommodated in a volume of two levels that “floats” above the terrace. This volume generates a nice architectural dialogue with the rock side both north and south of the lot, with a bulk composition that could be interpreted as the geometrization of the nature of the spot. The materiality of the property is solved with the balanced use of 5 primary supplies: Cast Stone concrete, with colors derived from organic rock context. Beton and Pulish concrete, applied to specific architectural components, such as an artistic beam that supports the glazing system at the level of the deck, and in some steps of the major staircase, window frames and doors. Shihuahuaco wooden balconies and elevated terraces, walls and ceilings painted white and “volumes” of glass. In conclusion it was attempted a house that feels comfy in its location resorting to the only point that can unite a community, their culture.</em></p><br/><p><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi__________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi___________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi____________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_____________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi______________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /><br/><img alt="veronica beach longhi Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/veronica-beach-longhi_______________________.jpg" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " /></p><br/><p><strong>Project:</strong> Veronica Beach Home<br/><strong>Made by</strong> Longhi Architects<br/><strong>Architect in Charge:</strong> Luis Longhi<br/><strong>Project Team:</strong> Carla Tamariz, Christian Bottger<br/><strong>Contractor:</strong> Hector Suasnabar<br/><strong>Photography:</strong> Juan Solano<br/><strong>Region:</strong> 650 m^two<br/><strong>Place:</strong> Pucusana District, Peru<br/><strong>Internet site:</strong>  www.longhiarchitect.com</p><br/><table><br/><tbody><br/><tr><br/><td><br/><img alt="pinext Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " border="0" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/pinext_.png" title="Pin It" /></td><br/><td> </td><br/></tr><br/></tbody><br/></table><br/><p> If you enjoyed this post, please consider leaving a comment or subscribing to the <abbr title="Really Simple Syndication">RSS</abbr> feed to have future articles delivered to your feed reader.<br/><img alt="p Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " border="" height="1" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/p_______________________.gif" title="Veronica Beach Property By Longhi Architects architecture " width="1" />
