A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects

<br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="700" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects" width="475" /><br/><p>This modern and exclusive private residence developed in 2012 by <strong>Aamer Architects</strong> located in Singapore.“Tan’s Garden Villa” Back in 2001, the Owner, Mr Adrian Tan, commissioned Aamer to design his house(s) at No 42. There a huge bungalow plot was divided into two to accommodate separate but identical homes which won the prestigious Singapore Institute of Architects’ Design and style Award in 2004.</p><br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="700" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects_.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects-1" width="466" /><br/><p>Some 10 years later Adrian acquired the plot subsequent door, No 40, with the intention of developing an additional home and therefore possessing 3 homes one particular for themselves and a single for every single of their two grown up sons with their future families.</p><br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="343" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects__.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects-2" width="500" /><br/><p>The concept, consequently, was to design and style the new home in sync with the preceding two but diverse, of course. Adrian particularly requested for a garden courtyard and koi pond. Hence, the swimming pool was designed on the roof with wonderful views over the estate and surrounding houses which are largely 2 storey bungalows.</p><br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="333" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects___.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects-7" width="500" /><br/><p>Also, for this residence, because the sons are already in their late teens and early twenties they wanted a lot more space and privacy. So an exciting preparing layout placed the boys’ rooms outdoors by way of a verandah terrace with their own accessibility from the ground appropriate up to the rooftop entertainment room and pool garden terrace.</p><br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="700" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects____.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects-10" width="466" /><br/><p>Significantly like the 1st two houses the components are very organic like timber, marble and granites, blending well with the lush vertically stacked gardens.</p><br/><img alt="roof top pool house aamer architects A Property With A Roof Leading Pool By Aamer Architects dream home building " height="333" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/roof-top-pool-house-aamer-architects_____.jpg" title="roof-top-pool-house-Aamer-Architects-15" width="500" /><br/><p>In addition, similar to the very first two homes, gardens and greenery are crucial to the Owner. So while the first two homes had trees increasing through wooden balconies, this time creepers are twining up vertical timber trellises that extend above the rooftop swimming pool. Even the bath rooms are open to gardens with lush flora and fauna like birds & butterflies generating this a truly vertical garden villa!</p><br/></p><br/><p>

Two of the residences exactly where constructed over a decade ago and the owner recently bought an adjacent house that he wanted a third house constructed on, a single for him and his wife and one for each of his two young adult sons. This third home would be harmonious with the 1st two, although at the identical time getting totally different. The brief included the inclusion of a garden courtyard and koi pond as well as a swimming pool and lush garden places.</p><br/><img alt="lush gardens peekaboo roof pool define contemporary home driveway thumb Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " height="375" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/lush-gardens-peekaboo-roof-pool-define-contemporary-home-driveway-thumb.jpg" style="" title="Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " width="630" /><br/><p>With the courtyard featuring a koi pond a lush garden, and outside lounging location, there was no room for a pool nevertheless, the architects gave the owner a pool with a sweeping rooftop view of the neighbourhood thanks to the 2 storey bungalows that fill the region. The rooftop pool is developed with an end panel of glass overlooking the front yard, and a sunken glass “rug” in the centre of the pool searching down into the house. The front yard is made with lush plantings that flank the driveway and spill onto the glass overhang sheltering the primary entrance although a 3 storey wooden trellis on the side brings the garden up to the pool level.</p><br/><img alt="lush gardens peekaboo roof pool define contemporary home driveway thumb Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " height="944" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/lush-gardens-peekaboo-roof-pool-define-contemporary-home-driveway-thumb_.jpg" style="" title="Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " width="630" /><br/><p>The driveway is constructed with cobbled bricks whilst the side of the property is rough rock, these two textures are contrasted nicely by the smooth finish of the black powder coated steel and glass overhang that protects the major entrance, as nicely as by the blast of colourful cool blue peeking out from the roof.</p><br/><img alt="lush gardens peekaboo roof pool define contemporary home entry thumb Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " height="419" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/lush-gardens-peekaboo-roof-pool-define-contemporary-home-entry-thumb.jpg" style="" title="Lush Gardens And Peekaboo Roof Pool Define Modern Property home design " width="630" /><br/><p>While most properties function the entry, Merryn Road 40A chooses rather to play up the surrounding gardens and the roof top pool with the entry fading casually into the facade.
